The Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank # EQ90-02-4500 you're looking at is the longest WDS shank offered measuring in at 18" long, however to get you to that 24" you'd need to use a hitch extender like the Curt Hitch Extender # C45791 which measures 8" long and will bring your total length to 26".
The only caveat is that whenever you use an adapter like # C45791 you are going to reduce the overall capacity of your hitch by 50 percent.
