You are most likely going to have to replace your entire jack. In my experience the motor is typically one part when it goes on on a trailer tongue jack the manufacturer does not carry any replacements. I recommend replacing it with the Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack # BD500187. The thing I like about this jack is it has a 5-year warranty, where most manufacturers only give a 1-year warranty.
You can contact the manufacturer Weize directly to determine if they have a replacement motor for your specific jack as this is a manufacturer we do not carry their products and are not aware of what support they offer.
