Question:
I have inherited a utility/boat trailer, and was hoping to haul a Model A Roadster #2165. The tires on it now are P165/80R13, on a four bolt rim. Can I replace the tires with the ST185/80R13, 8 ply, load range D #1710? Also as an alternative, is there a 10 ply load range E tire in the 185 size? There looks to be plenty of room under the fender to accommodate a larger tire. Thanks

The size 175/80-13 is the closest trailer tire size to your 165/80R13 and would work just as well. It fits rims that are between 4-1/2 inch and 5-1/2 inches wide. I recommend the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D item # AM10210. You aren't going to find a 175/80-13 or a 185/80R13 in a load range E.
The Kenda Karrier ST185/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D item # AM10208 you were looking at would work on your rim if it is 4-1/2" - 5-1/2" wide.
