I have a replacement jack option for you, but the lower jack assembly 87460 you mentioned for your Husky Brute Jack HB4500 has been discontinued as it was for the older model jacks. Since your lower jack assembly is damaged you will need to replace the entire jack instead.
For a jack with the same 4500lb rating I recommend the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 23" Lift - 4,500 lbs - Black # SC63VR which offers up to 23" of lift, has a 2-year warranty, and will be an direct replacement of your current jack.
I included a video of the # SC63VR for you to take a look at.
