The wires on the Tekonsha P2 # 90885 are as follows:
White is ground
Black is 12 volt power
Blue is out to trailer brakes
Red is in from stop light switch
The 2002 Ford F-250 will have a factory port in which to plug in a brake controller harness # 3035-P. I have included a link to the installation instructions and a video showing a typical installation for you. The instructions also have a diagram of what the factory side plug will look like as well as the functions of the pins in their proper locations.
