Is there anyway i could send a photo to someone that could point me in the right direction to convert my dexter style wheels to a 5 lug.

We carry one 5 spoke utility style hub similar to yours # 8-174-5UC3 which uses this inner bearing # 25580 and this outer bearing # 15123. I do not have any 5 lug replacements using these bearings, but I do have a 6 on 5-1/2 that will work # AKHD-655-6-K. You won't need to grab any lugs or caps as they come with them but you will need tires and wheels. Here are some radial tires and wheels that will work with your new assembly # AM32680.
If these bearing numbers do not match up to yours, let me know and we can re-evaluate the situation.
