The Husky Brute Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 24" Lift - 4,500 lbs # HT87247 (or at least the version you have) appears to have the internal circuit breaker tripping. Normally I recommend checking your wiring leading up to your switches, the lights, and your motor. In this case, since you mentioned you can't move it manually, the issue is likely in the threads, gears, or motor. It really sounds like a mechanical issue.
We do not carry any of those replacement parts, so I recommend replacing the jack. For a replacement, I recommend the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 23" Lift - 5,000 lbs - Black # JET-5000.
