Question:

Is there a baby moon retro hub cap for the ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13inch White Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C wheels? Or what would you recommend?

Baby moon hub caps are designed to fit a conventional steel wheel that has a raised ring like in the attached photo. Americana Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap part # AM90086 will fit a conventional steel 13" wheel as long as the raised ring on the wheel measures 9-1/4" in diameter. Since your wheels are modular wheels without the raised ring, you cannot use the baby moon caps.

You can use the Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Cover for Trailer Wheels part # QT545C over the 5 lug bolts of the wheel if you'd like. I have attached a video of the cover for your reference.

If you really enjoy the vintage baby moon look, you could switch the Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel with Offset part # AM20212 which can be used with the Americana Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap part # AM90086 and has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. The wheel does have an offset so the Mounting surface of wheel sits outside of rim centerline by 0.5". I have attached a video for your reference.
