Question:
Do you have the bike adapters for fat tire bikes

The Bike Rack Adapter for Stromberg Carlson Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier # CC-125, which fits the 23 x 60 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # CC-100, is only capable of fitting bikes that have tires up to 2-1/4" wide, and there isn't an adapter for fat tire bikes.
So in order to carry fat tire bikes you do have to use a dedicated bike rack. For a fat tire bike rack, I highly recommend checking out the Curt 2-Bike Rack for Fat Bikes # C18085-FB or Hollywood Racks TRS 2-Bike Rack # HR3000.
These are both economical but very sturdy racks, with the Curt being compatible with bikes up to 45 lbs and tires up to 4-7/8" wide, and the Hollywood being compatible with bikes up to 50 lbs and 4-1/2" wide. I have added links to some video reviews for you to check out as well.
