To remove/replace the battery in your Jensen remote, which comes in the Replacement Service Package # PSVCJWM60A, you need to press in on the small tab prior to pulling the "tray" for the battery out. Attached is a photo pointing out what tab I'm referring to that you can check out.

You need the remote that comes in the Replacement Service Package #PSVCJWM60A. Jensen only offers this remote in a service package. The Remote #PXXRCASA that you found is for Jensen 11 and 15 series TV's.
