Question:
i have a new [ B Wise ] 4x8 utility trailer ...3.5k dexter axle 5 lug ..the wheels are toyota trd pro 17 inch 6 lug ...my concern is the center of the wheel fitment over the hub . THIS IS A OFFROAD BUILD 1200 lb max gear and 4wheeler...THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

The wheel bore can be an issue but the bigger concern I see right off the bat is that you have 5 lug hubs and want to use 6 lug wheels. Therefore, we need to get you the correct hubs first before you can address the hub bore difference. The good news however is that you can upgrade to 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern with the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # 84655UC1-EZ. According to my research, the Toyota TRD Pro 17" Wheels have a 6 x 139.7mm bolt pattern which is the same as 6 on 5-1/2" so they will work in this regard.
In regards to hub bore, the above requires at least a 3.09" opening in order to be compatible but it can be bigger, just not smaller.
