The frame members of a trailer really aren't replaceable. Your best option will be to take the trailer (carefully) to a fabricator to see if they weld in a new section of frame there. You should also have them go over the trailer to make sure there aren't any other structural issues that need addressing as well. Also be sure not to overload the trailer. It looks like it bent where the swivel jack was initially installed. You might have that front section of the trailer reinforced with another crossmember and have an A-frame style jack installed like the # TJA-5000S-B.
