Will the Yakima FullBack Trunk Mount Bike Rack Fit a 2013 Toyota RAV4 XLE

Yes! I checked with Yakima and I am happy to report that the FullBack trunk mount bike rack # Y02633 is a fit for your 2013 Toyota RAV4. I have included a picture from Yakima of a different model of this rack that fits the exact same way installed on a RAV4. I have also added a review video for you to see the rack in action.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
