For the hardware used to install trailer hitches on your 2013 Honda CR-V it will depend on the hitch. Draw-Tite Class III hitch # 75742 and Class II hitch # 36520 use Hex Bolt M10X1.25X30 CL8.8 and a 3/8-16 U-Bolt.
Curt trailer hitch # C11555 uses 1/2-13 x 2-1/2 LG and 2-7/16-14 x 1-1/2 carriage bolts along with matching block spacers.
Curt hitch # C13119 uses a 7/16 - 14 x 1.75" x 1.00" C-C u-bolt and M10 - 1.25 x 30 hex bolts.
If you have one of these hitches but not the hardware you would need # RHK to get replacement hardware. On the RHK page enter the hitch number and manufacturer to get the proper hardware for that particular hitch. I have linked the instructions for all of these hitches.
