I checked the owner's manual online for the 2017 Toyota Camry hybrid and all it says is that towing a trailer is not recommended. It doesn't say you can't but it also does not provide a towing capacity for the vehicle. So it is up to you on whether or not you want to go ahead and tow the trailer. I can definitely tell you the hitch, wiring and accessories you will need.
For a trailer hitch you can use # 36540. In addition to the hitch you will need a ball mount, # 36071. If the trailer takes a 2 inch ball use # 19258. And if it takes a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256.
For a trailer wiring harness you can use # 118405 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle. I have included some links to videos showing example installations of the hitch and wiring for you.
