Expand your field of vision and reduce blind spots with these easy-to-install, slip-on towing mirrors. By attaching these mirrors to your factory side-view mirrors, you'll be able to see past the end of your trailer so you can safely change lanes, pass other motorists, and park. The housing of each slide-on mirror is constructed of durable ABS plastic, as are the included components.
This set fits factory mirrors like those pictured above.
These towing mirrors are designed to seamlessly fit the contours of your factory side-view mirrors. Each one includes felt padding inside the housing that protects the factory mirror body from scratches and scuffs. Installation is a snap - just slide the towing mirror over your OEM mirror and insert the provided arm and hand knob through the back of the mirror housing. Then hook the arm around the inside edge of your OEM mirror. Finally, tighten the hand knob to secure the towing mirror in place.

Custom-fit mirrors slide over your vehicle's factory mirrors to improve sightlines while towing your trailer. Tool-free installation.5,000 plus miles and counting. Leave them on even when not towing. No wiggle. Mountings still secure. Aerodynamic and much more attractive than other mounting systems. Pricy but well worth it. Toyota did not even offer towing mirrors for the 1st generation Tundras!!!
Their customer service is top notch. I ordered mirrors in November after my fall trip and put them in the garage. In March I opened the box to discover 2 parts were missing. They sent me new parts and I'm in business. Thanks!
Does not fit well. The cheap plastic hooks for mounting seem flimsy. I mounted one as per instructions and it only took a small jiggle for it to come off. I’m not impressed. Also have to pay for return shipping.
Do not buy!
The mirror units are great! The mounting hardware is kinda flimsy plastic brakes easy if stressed. The look of the housing is very nice.
The mirrors for well. It takes two people to put them on o e to hold the mirror and one to turn the threaded knobs on the posts. Also the "padding" supplied to cushion the area where it comes in contact with the stock mirror was worthless. I had to use the soft part of velcro to replace the supplied cushion.
I took my pickup out to check for visibility and vibration and was very impressed with the mirrors visibility and near lack of vibration.

They are working awesome! Im I found them with your company.
Having owned these for a year, I would say I am happy with them. Initially, I was concerned that the mounting "hardware" was all plastic but it seems to have held up fine. My only real gripe is that the foam cushions inside the mirrors keep falling off.
We had tried two other mirrors for our Toyota Tundra before finding your slide-on mirrors. Toyota doesn't even make a towing mirror for this year model Tundra. The first pair were suction mirrors that wouldn't even stay on when the truck in park! The second pair didn't help much with providing a good view for backing up with the camper. Your mirrors were easy to install with the help of your video and provided excellent viewing for backing up with our 24' camper. We love them and they look great on the truck too. Two pictures are attached.
Fit great, still working good after a y ear
These mirror extensions fit the contours of my Sequoia’s mirrors perfectly, and they don’t rattle. The mirror is fully adjustable and stay put. Well done
I installed the CTM4000 towing mirrors on a 2004 Toyota Tundra with a Northstar TC-650 slide-in camper installed in the bed. Initial mirror installation was really quite easy, but the instructions were confusing and the line drawings of little or no help. What made installation easy was the photo that one of the experts emailed me. Subsequent installation and removal is a snap. Fit is quite good on the Toyota Tundra; the OEM mirrors are not at all obscured and remain useful for wide-angle rear viewing.
Longview mirrors provide a very good rear view on the driver's side, particularly in combination with the OEM mirrors. The right side view is not quite as good; an additional 2 inch lateral extension would improve visibility in my application. Nevertheless, the rear view on that side is very much greater than provided by OEM mirrors alone.
Bottom Line: the Longview mirrors are a bit pricey compared with other available extension mirrors, but their tailoring to my specific vehicle, their performance, their ease of use and particularly the thoughtful and courteous customer service I got from etrailer.com makes them a winner. I'd happily recommend them to anybody who needs towing extension mirrors.
Mirrors should meet my towing needs for my 2002 Tundra, as view is adequate and vibration is very minimal to non-existent, depending on the road surface. Was initially concerned with flexing of plastic "J" screw during installation, but evidently that is normal according to Longview tech support. Lisa and the other person from etrailer who hooked me up with Longview were incredibly pleasant and helpful, as was Mike from Longview. etrailer is a great business to work with.
The trailer mirrors came in this morning! Thanks for the great service! In reading the reviews I don't see what everybody's problem was mounting them. It doesn't take a rocket scientist! Actually pretty simple.
Mirrors don't stay adjusted. attachment to factory mirror is a poor fit and needs frequent tightening
The mirrors fit, and they don't come.off. I kinda wish they were a little more secure on there, but they don't come off
Used this on our Sequoia; was OK to get mounted, needed some minor modifications to get it sitting stably, etc. These catch a lot of wind, so eventually stripped the gears on the truck mirrors - we have an older model vehicle, so this contributed, and we went to windy Death Valley, but I would look for something with a smaller profile for my next purchase
I installed my custom fit towing mirrors (item CTM4000) on my Toyota Tundra on June 16 2012 and after 9719 miles through Canada and Alaska, they were removed on July 28, 2012. The mirrors worked great and did not require any adjustments after the initial installation.
Easy to install and remove.
I found the slip on mirrors to slide right on!
Took a bit to figure out how the pieces to hold it on should be turned but I got it!
Installed on 2006 tundra-only took 15 mins. No vibration at 65 m/h noticed. Can now see behind my 8' boat for easy launching. Very pleased with product.
The fit is nice. Easy to install. I just wish they were 2 inches wider. With a car hauler, I can just see the edge of the trailer as opposed to seeing down the side of it.
Fast shipping. Item fits exactly. Th anks.
The fit is pretty good, Driver side works, passenger side barely does anything
Easy to put on and off. I have noticed the plastic screw is bendable so extra care should be taken when tightening as not to over tighten and snap it. I’m very pleased with them as I only use them as needed.
I haven’t towed with the mirrors yet but they were easy enough to prepare to go on my truck and I can see well behind me.
The mirrors fit great on our 2004 tundra and actually look as though they are a factory mirror. My only complaint/concern is the hard wear. The threads are plastic which I wonder if it will eventually strip out. Aluminum bars and knobs would be a bit better I believe.

More than 7,000 miles and counting. Mounted and removed multiple times. Plastic bolts and nuts so don’t go crazy when tightening.
