Recommended Electric Trailer Jack for 28 Foot Car Hauler with GVTW Of 10,000 lbs.

Question:

I am towing a 28 ft enclosed car hauler the GVWR is 10,000. Is this a suitable jack for my purpose?

The two biggest things to look at when determining a trailer jack is your trailer tongue weight and the height of the trailer coupler. The Tongue weight is typically 10 to 15 percent of your trailer weight when it is fully loaded. With trailer jacks, the ratings aren't always spot on and you don't want to go too small, so I think this is a great choice for your car hauler. Using a higher rated jack often means a longer usable lifespan since it doesn't have to work as hard. I also really like the drop leg feature that makes things much faster and with less hastle.
