Do you carry FIC RV door lock replacements?

That we do, Larry. You did not mention exactly what model of FIC lock you have, but a Potential solution for you is the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000019. This is a replacement for a standard entry door lock from a number of manufacturers including Fastec (FIC). It is 3.47" wide x 4.28" tall, fits doors that are 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" thick and will install into latch cutouts that are 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall.
If you can tell me what model of FIC lock you have and/or confirm the cutout size on your door, I am happy to confirm fitment for you.
