Can The Excel RV Tankless On-Demand Water Heater Be Installed Inside a Cargo Trailer Conversion

I’m looking to install this on demand heater indoors, inside a cargo trailer conversion on the wall in the bathroom with a fan inside the bathroom that is able to blow air out or in. Will this model fit in type of application ?

If I correctly follow the installation you describe, yes this will be a workable installation. The Excel tankless gas water heater, # EX93FR provides hot water on demand. It is a vent-free design with an ODS (Oxygen Depletion Safety) shutoff device that detects low levels of oxygen. If you have decent air turnover this will operate with ease. However, while yes you can install it in the bathroom, with a fan providing decent air turnover, it needs to be protected from water flowing directly onto it so keep that in mind when planning install.
