The Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20750 that you referenced can fit on hubs with either 1/2-inch diameter or 9/16-inch diameter wheel studs. You will need to determine what size studs are on your hubs in order to choose lug nuts with the correct diameter and thread pitch.
Part # AM26NR is a 1/2-inch diameter with 20 threads per inch and a standard 60-degree cone shape. Part # 6-53 will fit 9/16-inch lugs.
