Since the inner diameter of a grease seal is soft rubber it can be hard to get an exact measurement of it, or if it has worn out it may not be accurate.
The best recommendation I could make would be to get the outer diameter of where the grease seal rides on your spindle.
We do have a seal that has an outer diameter of 2.561 like you said you need. Check out part # 168255TB. This seal has an inner diameter of 1.687 inches.
There might also be a number stamped on the outside of your grease seal.
