Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jack, part # UF48-979002, is designed for stabilizing and not for lifting the trailer. These can be mounted to the trailer and after you have used a landing gear to position the trailer at the correct height you can use these jacks to help eliminate tilting and sinking. The footplate measures 4-1/2 inches by 9 inches.
The combined support capacity for these jacks is 13,000 lbs or 6,500 each. You can take a look at the product review video for these scissor jacks I have attached.
If you need to use wheel chocks I recommend the Andersen Camper Leveler, part # AM3604. This chock has a weight capacity of 30,000 lbs and includes a leveler and a wheel chock. This is sold for one side of the trailer so for both sides you would need to remember that when ordering. I have attached a product review video for this leveler system you can check out.
