We do offer a couple of axles that may be what you are looking for. You said it is the front axle with brakes, but you do not use electric brakes. You will want to take a couple of measurements to make sure you are replacing your axle with one that is designed to fit your trailer. I have attached a drawing that shows where to measure. You will want to measure hub-face-to-hub-face and spring-center-to-spring-center length.
If you are looking for an EZ-Lube axle that has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern on the hubs, I recommend part # 35545I-EZ-89. This axle has idler hubs, is 89 inches long and has a capacity of 3,500 lbs. This will work with wheels that are 13 to 17-1/2 inch, and has a spring center-to-center length of 74 inches.
The axle that we offer that does have electric brakes is part # e43SR. This axle has the same capacity and dimensions as the idle axle but this axle includes the hub and drum with electric brakes. it also includes the bearings, races, and seals.
I have attached product review videos for the axles mentioned above you can check out.
