Hey Karl, there is not a complete kit that I'm seeing but it looks like you can just use the Double Lip Grease Seals # RG06-010 for the seals and the Bearing Kit, L44649 Inner/Outer Bearings, 10-9 Seal # BK1-150 for the bearings.
This bearing kit does also include a 10-9 seal, which you can just discard since you won't be needing it.
