Can you tell me if these three items are all compatible ? I plan on buying 8 wheels. Thanks for the help. The Dexstar # AM20789 Mini-Mod wheel and the Americana # AM20906 valve stem are indeed compatible with each other, but the center cap you referenced, part # LHCS102-SI60C is compatible with a 3.19 inch wheel pilot hole diameter, and wouldn't work with the 4.9 inch pilot diameter of the wheel you referenced.
Instead, I'd recommend the Excalibur # 490EZ-SS center cap, which has 4.9 inch outside diameter and would work perfectly with the wheel you've chosen. The center cap also features a removable plug that would allow you to easily access the grease zerks if you have EZ lube hubs.
