Is Curt Tow Bar Lighting Kit for 2026 Jeep Gladiator Long Enough

Howdy! A few questions for Jeep Gladiator: 1 Has the cable length been updated for this part to fit the added length of a Gladiator? Review point out its 3-4ft short unless theres a specific routing needed to use this as is. 2 Also, for the LED lights does the diode kit included provide sufficient protection or is the Roadmaster Smart Diode kit needed to do that? and I just ordered it with my baseplate order 3Lastly, is it possible to just get the Y-splitter connector separately as Id like to run 14/4 PVC cable vs the 4-flat cable I solder my own connectors Thanks,

Hey Mike, while the Curt tow bar wiring kit part # C96JR does fit your 2026 Jeep Gladiator the 4-way harness that runs to the front of the vehicle is still going to be the correct length. If you scroll down you'll see a comment left below that details how someone was able to make it work.
We do not have a way to sell just the y connectors either.
Looks like you ordered the part # RM77VR for a base plate kit, do you have a Roadmaster tow bar already?

The custom wire kit for bothe the Toad as well as the custom wire harnes for the rear (tow bar area) integrated perfectly with my 2026 Wrangler JL. I have used both extensively this year without any issues. Really easy install! I do not have LED lights so I can’t speak to that installation. Lawrence R
