Hey Frank, welcome back! Yes the etrailer hitch part # e93ZR that you referenced does fit the 2027 Nissan Rogue. I really like this hitch for you because it is mostly hidden and has great towing capacities. Are you planning on doing some towing?

It installed really well and easily onto my 2025 Nissan Rougue Rock Creek. Unfortunately, Nissan built a car like the Rock Creek and models it like a rugged on and off road car ready for adventure but they didn't think about installing a trailer hitch and it took away some clearance and looked out of place. I only wanted the hitch for a bike rack fortunately because of the 3 cylinder turbo towing pretty much anything is not recommended because of the small engine. And there is a guard directly behind the hitch to protect the muffler and the hitch just slightly touched the guard and while idling when sitting at a stop light I would hear a slight ding, ding, ding a ling. When I went to Nissan for regular service I pointed it out to the service manager and he told me they couldn't do anything about it because the hitch was installed aftermarket. So, I sold the car and bought a Pathfinder that already had a factory hitch and plug-ins for rack and towing.
