I have a prodigy brake controller in my truck and as we are driving, it flashes E.r. What does this mean? Thankyou in advance

According to the troubleshooting directions, the Er code that is showing on your Prodigy brake controller indicates that there is an internal brake control problem. There is nothing that can be done to fix this and the recommendation is to return the controller to the dealer for evaluation.

If your controller is old then it is probably time for a new one if the old one cannot be fixed.
