Welcome back Tim. To add a trailer wiring harness to your 2013 Buick Enclave without the tow package, you'll need the Curt item # C56245. This harness plugs into a port located on the passenger side of your Enclave behind the rear bumper. This port was installed on all of the 2013 Enclave's whether they came with or without the towing package. The fuses and relays included with the item # C56245 kit will activate the wiring harness once they're installed in your Enclave's fuse box.
I linked an installation video below that we made on a 2014 Enclave. It'll show you where to find the tow port and where to install the fuses and relays to activate the harness.
To protect the Curt item # C56245 4-Way connector and put it in a convenient location, I recommend the Mounting Bracket for 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C42CR and item # C83DR. These mounting brackets do not require drilling and will attach directly to your Enclave's hitch.
I saw you were looking at our etrailer item # e98863 hitch. It is custom fit for your 2013 Buick Enclave, has a 2" receiver, and comes with all hardware necessary to complete the installation.
Are you towing a trailer or adding lights to an accessory like a bike rack or a cargo carrier? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.

I put the same one on my 2016 buick. Installation was easy. Hardest part is getting to the factory plug in behind the fender. Only thing I added to mine was a few more tie straps to fasten the wire to the hitch.
