Looking for a fixed ball mount for my 2026 GMC Sierra 2500. My old adjustable hitch is more than I really need since I pretty much tow the same two trailers all the time. I need a 6" drop. What is the difference between the two you have?

Hey Matt! The only difference between the etrailer ball mounts you looked at is the size of the hitch ball. You want to choose to match your coupler, and the capacity is tied to the size of the ball. We have the following available with a 6" drop for the 2-1/2" receiver on your 2026 Sierra 2500:
-etrailer Ball Mount w/ Pre-Torqued 2" Ball 6" Drop # e98TV
-etrailer Ball Mount w/ Pre-Torqued 2-5/16" Ball 6" Drop # e26TV
The # e98TV has a 10,000 lb capacity while the # e26TV is rated for 20,000 lbs. Both have the hitch ball already installed and torqued so they're ready to use.

One is a 7k dump trailer and the other is a 12k equipment trailer. Both have 2-5/16" couplers so it sounds like the e26TV is what I need. Thanks!
