Hey Kevin. The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit item # BWGNRK1320 is indeed the correct one for your 2019 Ram 2500. It fits both the 6-1/2' and 8' bed lengths on the Ram 2500's that did not come with the factory puck system.
The B&W Turnoverball System item # BWGNRK1320 comes with everything you'll need to complete the installation. This underbed system allows you to store the included 2-5/16" hitch ball upside down and inside your bed when you are not using it. This gives you full access to your bed when you're not towing. The locking handle is easily accessible inside your driver's side rear wheel well.

Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector item # C56000 - Adds a 7-Way connector to your Ram's bed and allows you to keep the one on your bumper.
4" Offset Ball item # BWGNXA4085 - More turning clearance for a gooseneck trailer if your Ram is a short bed.
B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Hitch Adapter item # BWRVK3500 - Standard 5th wheel hitch that would be used if your truck has a long bed.
B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Hitch Adapter item # BWRVK3400 -Sliding 5th wheel hitch that you would want to use if your Ram has the short bed.

I installed this in my 2023 Ram 2500, the fit was perfect, the instructions and video were very helpful. Installation is a little tricky, some of the bolts are difficult to access and will require a swivel and extension on the torque wrench. Also will need a shallow well socket to tighten the rear bolts. Removal of the spare, heat shield around spare and the muffler and tailpipe after taking off the hanger. Be patient and have help, it’s heavy.
