Hi Omar,
Yes, this BAK hard folding tonneau cover part # BAK72BV is a great option for your 2019 Ford F 150 with the 5 1/2 foot bed and the cargo management system. It mounts inside the bed rails, so you get that clean, flush look while still being able to use your cargo management system. It doesn't include it's own lock but there is an automatic latch system that secures the cover as each panel closes, so once your tailgate is locked, your gear has that extra layer of security under the cover. This is actually the only cover that we carry that fits with the cargo management system at this time.
I really like how practical this cover is for everyday use. The aluminum panels give you a solid cover over your gear, and the EZ Lift design makes it easier to fold open when you need to get into the bed. You can also fold it all the way toward the cab when you need full bed access, so you’re not stuck removing the entire cover when it’s time to haul something bigger.
