Hey Harold welcome back! We do not carry flat tow capable bumpers so I do not have a recommendation for one. There are quite a few baseplate kits that will work with the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar item # e74ZR, you purchased a couple years ago. Which one you go with is going to depend on what model Jeep you end up buying. I have listed the options below:

Standard Factory Bumper with no winches or guards - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM-521448-5

Warn Elite bumper - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM42FR

Freedom, Golden Eagle, Rubicon Hard Rock, and Recon Edition - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # 1444-3

It looks like you already have the 7-way to 6-way cable item # C49HR and the Blue Ox Patriot item # BLU37TR

Here are the rest of the parts you'll need to flat tow a 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler Unlimited:

Wiring Kit - Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit item # RM-152. You may also need a new Bracket item # RM-910030-5 and 6-Wire Trailer Connector item # RM-910030-7 if you don't keep the ones from your current setup.

Charge Line - Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25

You'll also need the 12 Volt Outlet Kit, 20 amps item # RM-9332. This will be ran directly to the battery to power the Blue Ox Patriot item # BLU37TR. If you need a new breakaway kit for the Patriot it's item # BRK2505.
