Hi Jay! You are awesome for already having all of the bearing and seal numbers ready.

Based on the part numbers you provided, you'll need two of the Replacement Trailer Hub Bearing, part # 15123, for the outer bearings, two of the Replacement Trailer Hub Bearing, part # 25580, for the inner bearings, and two of the Grease Seal, part # GS-2250DL. The GS-2250DL seal matches the Lippert 122088 seal with a 2.250 inch inner diameter and a 3.376 inch outer diameter, so you can feel good knowing you're replacing everything with the correct sizes.

I also recommend replacing the bearing races at the same time. The matching races are part # 15245 for the outer bearings and part # 25520 for the inner bearings. Most people replace the races whenever they install new bearings since the bearings and races wear together as a matched set.
