Hey Ken! The Chill Cube will fit the factory opening on your 2024 Crossroad Zinger 328SB. They all use a standard size so you won't have to modify the opening for installation. It looks like you have a ducted setup so you will need one of the following:
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - Black # FR39TD
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - White # FR99TD
Both of these are complete systems with the rooftop unit, air distribution box, and remote which also acts as the thermostat.
Any big trips coming up with the Zinger once you get the new AC installed?

Yes as the seller said most campers use the same cut out. But, definitely get the ducted box or it won't blow air through your whole system.
