It includes the replacement gooseneck pin box that is compatible with the bolt pattern of the Lippert 1621, 1621HD, 0719, Fabex PB 600 Series pin boxes and the gooseneck ball that fits your factory Ford puck system, so you won't need to purchase any additional components.
One thing I really like about this setup is the B&W pin box. It doesn't just replace your existing pin box, it also helps smooth out the ride. The built in cushioning absorbs both the up and down bouncing and the front to back chucking you can feel when towing, while the integrated SumoSprings help soak up road shock.
