It operates on 120V AC, 12V DC, and LP gas, and the recommended enclosure opening is 23.50" to 23.63" wide x 52.88" to 53.01" high x 24.00" deep. Based on the dimensions you provided, it sounds like it should fit your opening, but I'd recommend verifying you have at least 24" of cabinet depth before ordering.
