Question:
Needing to know what kind of brakes and bearing I will need for a 10k lippert axle the trailer is 15 years old
asked by: Weston T
Expert Reply:
Hey Weston, generally speaking the Lippert 10k axles used the bearing numbers # 25580 and # 387A but higher capacity axles aren't as standardized as the lower ones so you can pull a hub to get the bearing numbers out of the hub of if you have the serial number off the axle or a part number off the hub that would be a great place to check first. For brake assemblies then you'd want the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust assemblies # 23-450-451. What trailer do you have?
