The etrailer Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # AKIHUB-545-35-G-K will indeed fit the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Rotor - 5 on 4-1/2 - Dacromet and KodaGuard - 3,500 lbs # K2R35DKG. I included a picture of these put together as well (I went out to our warehouse to make sure they fit properly).
That said, it should be noted that the # AKIHUB-545-35-G-K is a single hub and you will need to order two of these to fully equip one axle (the # K2R35DKG comes as a pair). If you have tandem axles, you will need two of the # K2R35DKG disc brakes and four of the # AKIHUB-545-35-G-K hubs.
