Question:

Hello, I have a Forest River Stealth Model AK2612. I apologize I do not know the specific weight of the trailer. I was really impressed with this particular jack. Would it work on my Stealth?

Hey Seth!

The etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ 7-Way and SnapPad - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 22-1/2" Lift - 5K # e82QV is rated for up to 5,000 lbs of tongue weight. I was able to find online that a 2017 Forest River Stealth AK2612 has an approximate dry weight of 6,991 lbs and a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 9,990 lbs, so you'll be perfectly fine to use this jack since tongue weight is typically about 10% of the GVWR. What's the year of your trailer? Is this a new trailer or are you just upgrading the jack?
