Hey Ken! The answer to your question depends entirely on where you mount them. If you're trying to use existing mounting holes I can't say for sure so you would have to measure. The # 37270545 are 5-1/2" when closed and 6" with the door open with a maximum travel/stroke limit of 1-1/8". If you're willing to move the mount then you can definitely make it work so it sits flush.

What kind of trailer do you have?

While they don’t get them to the ceiling, they open to a tad beyond 90 degrees. More than enuf room. They are easy to install and only one per door is more than enough

I installed 2 of these on each of my similar doors. I was able to mount them so that they hold the doors up but just a hair off the ceiling. I could have made them hold them against the ceiling but best not to rest against it.

I also had to use one on each side of the doors. It will all depend on the weight of the doors. They work very well holding up the doors in the cabinet above the bed.

Hello Ken, We have a 1996 34' Classic and that means we have a LOT of doors. I have no idea how old the ones we had were. The new ones do exactly what we expected. They keep the doors shut, even during travel and hold them open to the ceiling when opened. Very happy with the purchase. Bob
