Hey Greg congrats on the new SUV. To add a hitch and wiring harness to your 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe, I recommend the following parts:
2" Trailer Hitch - etrailer item # e24ZV
4-Way Wiring Harness - Curt T-Connector item # C98RV
Our etrailer Hitch item # e24ZV is custom fit and installs with included hardware. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 4,000 lbs towing capacity and a maximum tongue weight of 600 lbs. It'll work great for towing a small trailer or hauling an accessory like a bike rack.
The Curt T-Connector item # C98RV is going to plug directly into the factory wiring harness behind the tail lights. It'll provide you with a 4-way connector capable of controlling your trailer or accessory's lighting functions.
