Will B and W Fifth Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter Work with 2022 Ford F-350 Short Bed

Hey I have a 2022 f350 srw with a short bed and factory pucks. I recently had a curt q series slider hitch that failed at the kingpin latch. Im curious if this bw goose conversion will give me good clearance over the side of the bed. And how sharp I can turn without kissing the cab. Pulling a 2017 GD Solitude 377mbs. If needed is there anything I can do to extend cab clearance ?

Hey Brandon, the B and W fifth wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box adapter part # BW73RV wasn't designed to give additional clearance for turning with short bed trucks but I do think it will still work great for you. Looks like your 2017 GD Solitude 377mbs has a rounded nose with would help with turning clearance but an offset hitch ball like the Gen-Y part # GY43XR would be a really great option to give you an additional 5 inches of offset and turning clearance. Did you use the slider base of your fifth wheel hitch often?
