The motor mounted easily and worked without any issues. The only thing I needed to do was direct wire it to the wiring harness on my RV (2008 Holiday Rambler Navigator) be cause the plugs where the same (from memory male to male - since 2008 someone must have changed the setup). It was a simple fix.

I ordered this step motor from eTrailer and it was a direct replacement on my Thor Siesta Class C. Just had to take the old arm off the failed step motor and put it on the new one. Bolted in place with the same mounting bolts and plugged it in to the wiring harness. Easy Peasy, unless you don’t like lying on the ground.

I wish I had purchased this motor long before I actually did. It was a simple install, and my step actually went in and out as it should. The motor was worth $1 million to me.
