Hi Clint!
The Gen-Y Hitch Nomad 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box - Lippert Rhino - 30K GTW - 6.5K TW # GY37ND weighs just under 100 pounds. It is possible to get this installed by yourself, but a lift of some sort is going to be a necessity. Unless you are one heck of a weight lifter.
I will say having a couple buddies hold it in place while you start a few of the bolts will make it significantly easier tham trying to do it by yourself though. It's the way I would do it.

Clint, my wife and I installed this hitch on our camper. I lifted it and had my wife put in a couple of alignment punches to hold it in place while I installed the bolts. I’m 66 and it really wasn’t that heavy. I would also order the replacement bolts to go with the hitch. Hope this helps. Charlie
