Tom, I recently replaced both the waste ball and seal as well as the water inlet valve in our 2020 trailer. The replacement parts were easy to install (I did remove the toilet from the trailer first to have more room to work) and did the job! I really only needed to replace the waste ball seal (small amount of water left in the toilet to act as additional seal would leak down into the black tank after a while), but decided to replace the water inlet valve and seals while I was at it.
