Hey Fredrick, welcome back! To add a second AC system to your 2020 Keystone Cougar's front bedroom, I recommend the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System item # FR52TD in black or item # FR95TD in white. These 13,500 btu AC systems come with everything you'll need to get them installed.
The Furrion Chill HE item # FR52TD in black or item # FR95TD in white are going to drop right into the cutout prep on your Keystone. They'll use the pre-ran wiring to power the system. The air distribution box is setup for a ductless orientation with the controls built directly into it. These systems have the new R32 refrigerant in them which makes them more efficient. The built in start capacitor will store energy so the amp draw on your Cougar's will be lessened and quieter upon start up.
What kind of climates do you camp in typically?

I installed this air conditioner on our 2024 Keystone Cougar 23MLE fifth wheel. This unit can be installed in ducted or ductless installations. My trailer came pre-wired for a second AC in the front of the trailer, in the bedroom. The one thing that I did not realize when I ordered this model was that once it is turned on, the fan runs continuously. You have to physically turn off the unit to stop the fan, slightly annoying. This unit is also quite loud if used in the non-ducted manner. I initially installed it in the non-ducted manner by covering the ducts that feed the AC ducts. I ended up removing the duct coverings later so that it would force air out the bedroom and bathroom ducts. If I turn the living room AC on just fan, it will also pull the cool air from the bedroom into the living room. The install was very easy. The included separator that directs the air from the AC into the ducts fit my ducts quite well. I would recommend installing the AC in the ducted manner if possible. If I knew what I know now I would have purchased a model that has an independent thermostat that would turn the AC unit off entirely, compressor & fan, when the temp. is reached.

Hi Jerred. I camp in the Northeast .. ( Connecticut). I currently have a Dometic Brisk 15000 BTU that is ducted, will the new Furrion be compatible to the IN Command system, and/or should I also go ducted with the new add on A/C
