Can the B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate # BWPMHD14005 be Used in Rise and Drop Configuration

Question:

Can this be used in both a drop and a rise for pintle hitch set-up ? The way it looks is it is made as a drop, but wasnt sure if could be reversed or not.

There's no reason you couldn't use the B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate # BWPMHD14005 in both the rise and drop configuration.

For a pintle hook to go along with it you might also be interested in the Pintle Hook part # C48210.
