Wet Bolt Kit for 2012 Dutchman Aspen Trail 2810BHS

Question:
I have a 2012 Dutchman Aspen Trail 2810BHS with Lippert 4400 GAWR tandem axles, 15inch 6 hole tires. Springs are 1 3/4inch wide Shackles plates are 2 1/2inch center to center and 3 1/2inch length overall. Stock equalizer at 5 1/2inch center to center bottom holes 2inch top to bottom 3 1/2inch center to center on the diagonal . Bolts are 9/16 with plastic bushings in 11/16 holes. I want a wet bolt kit with shackles plates and bushings. Preferably brass - bronze, whatever is customary. Why do none of your wet bolt kits come with bushings? Not seeing anything on your product list. Can help?

Hey Bob! Most of our wet bolt kits actually come with bushings. Anything you saw without was likely just replacement parts. Based on your measurements, you need the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers # MR46ZR. This comes with wet bolts, bronze bushings, and 1/2" thick 2-1/4" long shackles.
Your 2-1/2" measurement isn't a common size, and is likely either 2-5/8" or actually 2-1/4" with worn out bolt holes. Either way, the 2-1/4" from the MORryde kit are going to work with your setup.
Where are you headed next with the Aspen Trail once you get the wet bolt kit installed?

Ours came with the brass bushings .

Our MORryde kit had bushings. I feel much better after I felt the heft of the shackle straps.

I installed the MORryde ALLTREK 4000 Shock Absorbing Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers - 33" Wheelbase - 8K and wet bolt kit which has brass bushings. And then took the trailer on a 3000 mile trip and am glad to have the new stuff because we drove over many bad bumps and holes. I can see the white plastic sliders moved about 3/16" and I would have expected more movement considering. But no broken leaf springs and it looked like the inside of the trailer had a smoother ride than we did in the truck.

My wet bolts came complete with all necessary parts. It was the kit suggested with the new springs I installed. I highly recommend you proceed with the upgrade. I love mine and they should last the lifetime of the camper.
