Hi etrailer.com, if I buy this trailer hitch, TMT99FR, will you help me send it back, if Im unable to get it to fit on my 99 Plymouth grand voyager SE?

Hi Juan!

Seeing as the Trailer Mate Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # TMT99FR is designed to fit a 2005 to 2017 Chevrolet Equinox, as well as a few other things, I cannot recommend trying to install it on your 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE. With that said, you would be responsible for the return shipping if you still decide to go with it.

However, we do have a hitch that will fit your vehicle with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12362. This does have the smaller 1-1/4" hitch opening, but being a Class 2 hitch, it does have 350 pounds of tongue weight capacity and 3,500 pounds of towing weight capacity. So it isn't a slouch. There may be drilling needed for the install though.
